CEIA THS/MBE: a touchscreen metal detector built to be cleaned

CEIA has launched the THS/MBE, a modular belt conveyor metal detection system for food processing. Triveni Packaging, CEIA’s partner in the Gulf, will run it live at Gulfood Manufacturing 2026, Hall 4, Stand B4-18, Dubai World Trade Centre, 3 to 5 November.

Why food plants are looking at it

  • Touchscreen control. The THS/210 detector head has a colour touchscreen. It also brings Auto-learn, which sets sensitivity to ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel metals from a single product transit, and Auto-QC, which checks calibration without interrupting production.
  • Built to be cleaned. AISI 316L stainless steel and EU/FDA certified plastics. Hand cleaning or low-pressure IP65 wash-down.
  • Fast maintenance. Belt wear strips are removed without tools. The exit cover and reject bin come off easily for periodic maintenance.
  • Safe by design. Safe Torque Off to EN ISO 13849-1, and the ejector is de-energised when the interlocked exit cover opens.
  • Configured to your line. Belt width 200 to 600 mm, conveyor length 1,000 to 1,800 mm, speed 12 to 55 m/min, piston or air-blow ejection according to pack size and weight.

Where it fits

The THS/MBE is designed for single lines of packed or raw products, from light to heavy loads: typically ready meals, meat, dairy, cheese, and fruit and vegetables, in dry or low-humidity areas.

For heavy, high-pressure wash-down areas such as meat and poultry processing, CEIA’s sister model is the THS/MBH9, with IP69K protection and a round-section hygienic frame. Ask us which one suits your cleaning routine.

أطلقت CEIA الطراز THS/MBE، نظام كشف معادن بسير ناقل معياري لصناعة الأغذية. وستشغّله تريفيني للتغليف، شريك CEIA في الخليج، مباشرةً في معرض جلفود للتصنيع 2026، القاعة 4، الجناح B4-18، مركز دبي التجاري العالمي، من 3 إلى 5 نوفمبر.

لماذا تهتم به مصانع الأغذية

  • تحكّم بشاشة لمس. رأس الكشف THS/210 مزوّد بشاشة لمس ملوّنة، ويضيف التعلّم التلقائي الذي يضبط الحساسية للمعادن الحديدية وغير الحديدية والستانلس ستيل من مرور واحد للمنتج، والفحص الذاتي Auto-QC الذي يتحقق من المعايرة دون مقاطعة الإنتاج.
  • مصمّم ليُنظَّف. ستانلس ستيل AISI 316L ومواد بلاستيكية معتمدة من الاتحاد الأوروبي وإدارة الغذاء والدواء الأمريكية. تنظيف يدوي أو غسل بضغط منخفض IP65.
  • صيانة سريعة. شرائح تآكل السير تُنزع دون أدوات، وغطاء المخرج وحاوية الرفض يُفكّان بسهولة للصيانة الدورية.
  • أمان مدمج. إيقاف العزم الآمن وفق EN ISO 13849-1، ويُفصل التيار عن الدافع عند فتح غطاء المخرج المقفل.
  • يُضبط وفق خطك. عرض السير من 200 إلى 600 مم، وطول الناقل من 1,000 إلى 1,800 مم، والسرعة من 12 إلى 55 م/د، واستبعاد بدافع مكبسي أو بنفث الهواء بحسب حجم العبوة ووزنها.

أين يناسب

صُمّم THS/MBE لخطوط المنتج الواحد المعبّأ أو الخام، من الأحمال الخفيفة إلى الثقيلة: عادةً الوجبات الجاهزة واللحوم والألبان والأجبان والفواكه والخضروات، في المناطق الجافة أو منخفضة الرطوبة.

أما مناطق الغسل المكثف بضغط عالٍ، مثل تصنيع اللحوم والدواجن، فالطراز الشقيق لدى CEIA هو THS/MBH9 بحماية IP69K وهيكل صحي مستدير المقطع. اسألونا أيهما يناسب روتين التنظيف لديكم.
